Canonical reveals Ubuntu 7.10 release date

European software developer Canonical, creator of the Ubuntu Linux distribution, has announced that version 7.10 of the Ubuntu Server, Desktop, Kubuntu and Edubuntu editions will be made available for free download on 18th October.
